🔁 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent — packages returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛫 Important: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, as we are located outside of major postal zones and do not offer prepaid return labels.
🚫 Please DO NOT mark your return address as "Israel."
Labeling returns as Israel will route them through Israeli customs, which requires a licensed broker and high clearance fees. If this happens, we will not be able to receive your package.

For smooth delivery, please ensure the destination is labeled clearly as Bethlehem, West Bank / Palestine.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm that your refund is being processed.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

🛠️ Broken or Damaged Item Replacement

At Zuluf, we stand behind the quality of our handmade items — but sometimes, things can get damaged during shipping. If your order arrives broken or defective, we’re here to help.

  • Damaged or unsaleable items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • We cannot replace or refund items that are reported more than 30 days after delivery.

What to Do:

  1. Keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage.
  2. Email us at zulufstore@gmail.com with a detailed explanation and images.
  3. If a return is needed, please place the item (if possible) back in the original
  4. shipping box and send it to the return address listed in our policy above.
  5. Email us the return tracking number once the item has been shipped.

We’ll ship a replacement within 7 business days of receiving the return (if available).
If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
