📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are packed the same day or next day they are placed. Packages are then collected and dispatched within 1–7 days, as postal pickup in Bethlehem runs once a week.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will enter the 10–30 business day delivery window shown in the table above.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification once your tracking number has been issued by the post office.

🌍 How Shipping Works from Bethlehem

All our items are handcrafted and shipped directly from Bethlehem, located in the Holy Land under the administration of the Palestinian Authority.

We use the most reliable shipping routes available, but please note that Bethlehem is part of a complex region, and our shipping methods may vary depending on the situation on the ground.

  • Palestine Post: Most of our packages are shipped through Palestine Post, which forwards mail via Jordan to international destinations
  • Israel Post: In some cases, especially when security or postal delays arise, our team may transport packages to Jerusalem, where they are sent through Israel Post.

⚠️ Due to political, security, and logistical circumstances beyond our control, one option may not always be available. We adapt to current conditions to ensure your order is shipped through the most reliable method at the time.

  • Please contact us after 5 business days from the date of shipment and we'll provide your tracking details:

  • Tracking numbers are not sent automatically to avoid confusion caused by limited tracking updates in our region.

Important Notes:

  • For regular international postage, tracking is often very limited.
  • In most cases, the tracking page will only show: Confirmation of shipment, Possibly 1–2 early scan locations (e.g. Bethlehem or Jordan)
  • After that, no further updates may appear, even though your package is safely on its way.

📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We want your order to reach you safely – but if there's a mistake in the address provided, we unfortunately can't take responsibility for any lost or undelivered packages.

📦 Lost Packages

We take full responsibility if your order goes missing. If your package has not arrived within 8 weeks (56 days) of the shipment date, please contact us and we will either issue a full refund or reship your order — your choice.

✏️ Order Cancellations & Changes

Need to cancel or make a change? No problem — just reach out as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it or update your shipping address at no charge. Simply contact us via WhatsApp (+972 56-801-8888) or email zulufstore@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation refunds are processed in full and will appear back in your account within 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once an order has been packed and dispatched, we're unable to cancel or Ledirect it — but we're always happy to help find a solution.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (For All Countries)

All international orders are shipped directly from Bethlehem, and while we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, customs and import regulations vary by country.

If you're ordering from any country outside of Bethlehem, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees once it arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note:

Our orders are small personal gifts shipped directly from Bethlehem. In our experience, the vast majority of packages arrive with no customs charges — while we can't guarantee customs outcomes in every country, most of our customers never pay a single cent in import fees.

  • Zuluf does not collect or control these fees, and we cannot predict what charges (if any) may apply.
  • We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

💡 Tip: To avoid surprises, we strongly recommend placing a small test order to your address first – especially if this is your first time ordering from abroad.
