About This Guardian Angel Statue
Set this down on a shelf or a nightstand and something shifts in the room. Not dramatically. Just quietly. The angel stands 7.4 inches tall, carved from genuine olive wood, and there's a stillness to it that I don't think you can fake with resin or plastic.
The form is calm, faceless, peaceful rather than ornate. I've had customers tell me they ordered one as an angels gift idea and ended up keeping it for themselves. I get that. There's something about holding a piece of olive wood hand carved by someone in Bethlehem that's hard to explain but easy to feel.
From Our Family to Yours
Hi, I'm Elias. I've been around these angels hand carved pieces since I was small enough to sit on the workshop floor and watch. We work directly with the families who make them, no middlemen, and every statue that ships from us has passed through my hands at some point. This one's a piece I genuinely love keeping around.

Perfect As a Gift
A pastor in Ohio reached out after ordering one of these for a memorial gift. He said the family kept it on the mantle next to a photo of the person they lost. That stuck with me. It's the kind of object that holds a place without demanding attention.
Works beautifully as an angels baptism gift, angels confirmation gift, or angels easter gift. Free US shipping over $100 makes it easy to order one without overthinking it.

The Story Behind It
Most olive wood angels you find online are factory-made, sourced from somewhere vague and finished by machine. Ours are carved by hand, by Christian artisan families in Bethlehem who've been doing this work for three generations. Same tools, same workshop, same neighborhood near Manger Square.
The olive wood itself comes from the annual pruning of living trees. Nobody cuts down a healthy olive tree for this. The branches are taken, dried, worked by hand, and shaped into something that lasts. That matters to the families who make them, and honestly, it matters to me too.
We've been working with these families since my father's time. Factory-direct means no importers taking a cut, which is how we keep the prices honest and keep the orders going back to Bethlehem.

Care Instructions
Olive wood's low maintenance. If it starts looking dry, rub a small drop of olive oil into it with a cloth and it comes right back. Don't soak it in water. That's about it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it real olive wood or just looks like it?
Real olive wood. Not a veneer, not a stain job. You can see the grain variation on every single one, they don't look identical because they can't.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yeah, it does. So honestly I get asked this a lot around confirmation season and baptisms, and what I'll say is, the packaging is simple but it looks intentional, not like we just threw it in a mailer. I've had people tell me they gave it as a first communion gift and didn't even wrap it, just handed over the box. That said, if you're doing a memorial gift or something more serious I'd probably still add your own card or something, the box doesn't have any printed message on it. It travels well though, we pack these pretty carefully.
Where's this actually made?
Bethlehem. Carved there by the same families we've worked with for years, my dad started those relationships before I was running this.
We're ordering several for our church, any deals on bulk?
Probably yes, shoot me a message with the quantity and I'll work something out. We do this pretty regularly, churches, retreat centers, that kind of thing. I'd rather just talk it through than have you place a bunch of separate orders.
