About This Holy Family Statue
There's something about this scene that gets me every time I pick one up. Not the Nativity at the manger, not the shepherds and the star. This is the road. Mary holding Jesus close, Joseph walking beside them, the whole family moving through uncertainty together. That moment doesn't get carved into wood nearly enough, and when you find one that does it right, you notice.
This is genuine olive wood from the Holy Land, shaped by hand in Bethlehem. If you're looking to buy a nativity set that actually means something, this is the kind of piece that earns its place on a shelf. It's small enough to fit anywhere, about 3.7 x 2.3 x 1.9 inches, but it carries a lot of weight for its size.
These come straight from the artisan families who make them, no importers, no middlemen. If you want holy family statues for sale that come directly from the source, this is it.
From Our Family to Yours
Hi, I'm Elias. I grew up around these pieces and I've been running this shop for years now. The Flight to Egypt scene is one I've always had a soft spot for, there's a kind of quiet courage in it that I think a lot of families recognize. Every piece we ship from our holy family shop comes directly from Bethlehem, carved by the same families I've known most of my life.

Perfect As a Gift
A customer wrote to us last December, she'd ordered this for her daughter's first married Christmas and said it was the only gift that made her cry. I saved that email. It's the kind of thing that reminds you why this work matters.
This scene resonates especially at certain moments in life, a new baby, a wedding, a confirmation. It's the kind of holy family gift that people keep for decades, not something that ends up in a box after the season. Free US shipping on orders over $100, and we ship worldwide for baptism gifts, Christmas gifts, and everything in between.

The Story Behind It
Most nativity scene sets you find online are factory-made somewhere, shipped in bulk, finished by machine. Ours aren't. The families carving these pieces live a short drive from Manger Square. Some of them are third generation, meaning their grandfather was doing this same work before their father learned it, and now they're the ones at the bench.
The olive wood itself comes from living trees. Pruned every season, not cut down. The cuttings that would otherwise burn or rot become the wood in your hands. There's something right about that, at least to me. The same trees, the same land, the same families. When you buy a nativity set through us, that's what you're connected to.
I've been going to these workshops since I was a kid. The smell of fresh olive wood shavings is one of those things that just stays with you.

Care Instructions
Olive wood doesn't ask much. If it starts looking a little dry, rub a small drop of olive oil into it with a soft cloth and that's all it needs. Don't soak it in water and it'll stay looking good for years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it come in any kind of gift box or packaging?
Yeah, it ships in a box. Nothing fancy but it's padded and protected, we've had basically zero damage complaints on these. If you're giving it as a gift, honestly the piece itself does the work, you don't really need a ribbon situation.
How big is this thing?
Roughly 4.2 inches tall. Fits on a shelf without dominating it.
Is this real olive wood from the Holy Land or is that just the marketing?
Real olive wood. Not a sticker, not a veneer. The grain on these is one of the things I actually look at before we ship them, every piece comes out a little different because that's just how olive wood is, the color shifts, the grain moves. I've had batches where I kept setting pieces aside because I wanted to keep them myself, which is a terrible business model but here we are. The families who make these are handmade in Bethlehem, that part's not marketing.
How fast does shipping take to the US?
Pretty standard, ships in a couple days usually. Free shipping if you're over $100. Most people get theirs within a week to ten days, sometimes faster.
Could this work as a baptism gift?
It's one of the better ones for that, actually. The Flight to Egypt is the family on the move, protecting a child, it lands differently than a manger scene for that kind of occasion. We've had a lot of people order it specifically for baptisms and first communions.
